About the Speaker

As the Director, Managed Societies (Societies Director AUA/SOCCA), International Anesthesia Research Society, Vivian is a CAE with more than 16 years of association experience as well as a U.S. Army veteran. Her association experience has included strategic planning, member engagement, volunteer management, program development, event planning and project management. She has successfully maneuvered the balance between mission, understanding member needs and the need for bold entrepreneur initiatives.
