leads their associations practice focused on recruiting and assessing senior leaders in associations. Leslie spent 20 years in association management and was the first woman SVP at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She believes the right leader can have a real impact.
Phylicia Ross, CAE, is
Senior Associate at the
Pharmaceutical Product Stewardship Work Group and joined Association Management Strategies in September 2024, providing membership services to Pharmaceutical Product Stewardship Work Group. She also worked in membership for the American Guild of Organists and as Executive Director, Westchester County Psychological Association.
Lowell Aplebaum, EdD, FSAE, CAE, CEO, CPF, is the
Founder of
Vista Cova which he started in order to
guide leaders, members, and staff through facilitation, keynoting, and more. Before founding Vista Cove, Lowell worked with various associations. He believes in bringing curiosity, experiential learning approaches, and active listening to the learning table.
