About the Speakers

Since joining VSCPA almost 10 years ago, Julia’s strategic leadership, data driven decision-making and creative marketing has helped grow the VSCPA’s membership dues revenue 24 percent and membership 17 percent. Before joining VSCPA, Julia worked in marketing for the Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond. She holds a M.Litt from St. Andrews University in Scotland and a BA from Hollins University.

With more than 10 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategy, Tim understands every association has its own set of goals, members and challenges. His approach to digital marketing is built around an integrated digital marketing strategy that facilitates both short and long-term growth. Before his current position, Tim was president of BumbleJunk; a digital marketing and SEO strategist at Blue Portrait Marketing; and a sales manager at Fastenal Company. He holds 12 certifications related to online marketing.
