The 2022 Leadership Shift

The past few years have been challenging for leaders. As reported in the Washington Post, 4.5 million workers quit or changed jobs in November 2021. The workforce and employment landscape are shifting. With so much uncertainty, greater expectations are expected from association staff, volunteers and business partners. How does your leadership style need to change to continue to have a positive impact on the people and organizations we serve?

Join @Shawn Boynes, FASAE, CAE, Executive Director, American Association for Anatomy, as he leads a discussion on the future of association leadership and the characteristics of a great 2022 association leader. Shawn will be joined by @Natasha Goodwin, CAE, MS, Senior Director, Marketing and Membership, Information Technology Industry Council; and @Marci Thompson, DES, Chief Strategy Officer, Society for Marketing Professional Services for January’s Association Xchange.
